1. Returns

   • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

   • We cannot accept returns of worn, washed, or damaged items.

2. Exchanges

   • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition, subject to stock availability.

   • If the desired size or style is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

3. Refunds

   • Refunds are only considered for items received in damaged condition.

   • If an item can be repaired or altered, a refund is not guaranteed.

   • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
